Each Residence includes a ground floor area which hosts the living room, a dining area and a kitchen, a first floor level with two en suite bedrooms, an attic with an en-suite bedroom and lastly a basement with auxiliary spaces and a guest bedroom area. Both Residences have their own private swimming pools.
